Why It Works
Everyone should try it out regardless of age! It's like having your own personal trainer. I find it challenging but don't ever get bored. I've been doing it about 6 months and am in best shape I've been in in years.
This is a great place!
This is the only gym I've signed up with that I have been consistently attending and have seen big steps towards my health and fitness.
Nothing Short of Awesome!
My experience here at CrossFit Tempest my first 8 months has been nothing short of awesome. I'm getting stronger, looking stronger, noticing that the strength I'm gaining is beneficial to my job and most importantly it's an extremely positive, easy going and encouraging environment. People of all ages, shapes and fitness levels are encouraged to join. I love it!
I can't believe how much better I feel. I've lost weight. I've gotten stronger. I have more energy to play with my kids. and do whatever it is I need to get done.

World Class Fitness in 100 Words
“Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climbs, push-ups, sit ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc. hard and fast. Five or six days a week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.” – Courtesy of CrossFit Inc.
Anybody. Any level. Any age.

Coach - L1
Riley started CrossFit on March 1st, 2016 and fell in love with everything about it. The summer of 2017, after he graduated high school, he decided he wanted to make a difference in the world so he took what I loved to do and decided to make a career out of being a CrossFit Coach. He took his Level 1 certification in November 2017 and has been loving every moment: from seeing progress in the gym to making new friendships that will last a lifetime.
